3rd-level conjuration
You conjure a crystal guard in an unoccupied space in range that you can see. Crystal guards are objects made of ice that occupy their space and can take on any medium humanoid form you desire.
The crystal guard has 15 hit points and its AC is equal to 10 + your spellcasting ability modifier. It has immunity to cold damage and vulnerability to bludgeoning and fire damage. When a crystal guard is destroyed it shatters into fine ice crystals.
When you cast the spell and as a bonus action on each of your turns thereafter you may command any crystal guards you have created to strike a foe within 5 feet of it that you can see. Make a melee spell attack against the target. On a hit, the target takes cold damage equal to 2d8 + your spellcasting ability modifier.
As an action you can move any crystal guards you have created to another unoccupied space in range that you can see. When you do so, the crystal guard instantly shatters into fine ice crystals and reforms in the newly chosen space.
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, you can summon an additional crystal guard for each slot level above 3rd.
