3rd-level conjuration
You throw thorns at creatures within range which remain stuck in the wounds they create. Each creature in the area must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 6d6 piercing damage, and the thorns remain stuck in place. Until the end of your next turn they take 1d6 piercing damage every time they take an action, reaction, or move at least 10 feet. On a successful save, a creature takes half damage and suffers no additional effects.
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 4th level or higher, the initial damage increases by 1d6 for each slot level above 3rd.
