3rd-level necromancy
For the duration, thick red blood rains down in a 60-foot-tall cylinder with a 10-foot radius centered on you. Until the spell ends, the cylinder moves with you, centered on you. When a creature of your choice enters the spell’s area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Constitution saving throw. The target takes 4d6 necrotic damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
If a target of this spell is undead, it takes no damage and regains 1d6 hit points instead.
