3rd-level enchantment
You surround yourself with a wispy, dreamlike aura capable of mesmerizing those who stray too close. Until the spell ends, any creature of your choice that starts its turn within 15 feet of you must make a Charisma saving throw or be charmed by you until the spell ends. While charmed in this way, a target may only take the Dodge action or use its movement to avoid danger. Otherwise, it will remain in place, staring vacantly in your direction and mumbling incoherently. If an affected target takes damage, or another creature uses an action to slap or shake it, it can make a Charisma saving throw. On a successful save, the effect ends for that target.
