1st-level evocation
An impossibly bright, divine light shines upon a point you can see within range. All creatures of your choice in a 10-foot-radius, 40-foot-high cylinder centered on that point must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, a creature takes 2d4 radiant damage and is blind until the end of its next turn. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage with no additional effects.
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 2nd level or higher, the damage increases by 2d4 for each slot level above 1st.
