2nd-level necromancy
You produce a cloud of poisonous gas in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a Constitution saving throw. A target takes 3d8 poison damage on a failed save and is poisoned for 1 minute. On a successful save, a creature takes half as much damage and is not poisoned. Creatures that don’t need to breathe or are immune to poison automatically succeed on this saving throw.
While it is poisoned by this spell, a target cannot regain hit points. At the end of each of its turns, a poisoned target can make another Constitution saving throw. On a success, the spell ends on the target.
When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 3rd level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 2nd.
