Enchantment cantrip
A humanoid of your choice within range must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 1d4 radiant damage and its movement speed is reduced to 0 until the end of its next turn. You can also cast this spell as a reaction when a creature moves into range.
This spell’s damage increases by 1d4 when you reach 5th level (2d4), 11th level (3d4), and 17th level (4d4).
