You generate a warm flickering glow that enriches your allies and softens the resolve of your enemies. Until the spell ends, you emit dim red light in a 30-foot radius. All creatures in the area are resistant to cold damage and the effects of extreme cold. In addition, ranged attacks made against targets inside the area are made with disadvantage.
Until the spell ends, any creature of your choice that starts its turn in the area can use its action to spend one of its remaining Hit Dice. For each Hit Die spent in this way, the player rolls the die and adds your spellcasting ability modifier to the roll, regaining a number of hit points equal to the total.
