5th-level evocation
You call down a pillar of light from the heavens to harm a creature that you can see within range. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the target takes 3d8 radiant damage, 3d8 bludgeoning damage, and is stunned until the end of your next turn. On a successful save, the target takes half as much damage and is not stunned.
