You mutter a maddening chorus of words toward up to 2 creatures that can hear you within range. A target must succeed on a Charisma saving throw or be incapacitated until the end of its next turn. In addition, it is frightened of you for the duration of the spell.

Until the spell ends you can use your action to repeat the effect on up to 2 creatures, which can be new targets, or previous targets. The spell ends if you use your action to do anything else. A creature affected by this spell makes another Charisma saving throw at the end of each of its turns. On a successful save, the effect ends for it.
