9th-level transmutation
You twist and weave the flow of time around a creature within range. You can choose one action taken by the target on its previous turn to be undone. The effects of that action, such as damage dealt by an attack or spell, are undone completely. The target must make a Charisma saving throw. On a failed save, it takes 6d10 psychic damage and is stunned until the end of its next turn while it tries to resolve its conflicting memories. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage and isn’t stunned.
