5th-level illusion
Choose one creature within range that you can see, causing it to take on an illusory apperance in the eyes of other creatures nearby. Each creature of your choice within 30 feet of the target sees it as something or someone intensely distasteful to them and must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, a creature must immediately use its reaction, if available, to move as close as its speed allows to the target. If the creature gets close enough to make a melee attack against the target, it does so. The creature makes one melee atack only, even if it can normally make more. The creature doesn’t move into obviously dangerous ground, such as a fire or a pit. Creatures that can’t be charmed automatically succeed on their saving throw against this power.
