Reaching into an existing fire, you cause it to surge in a line 120 feet long and 15 feet wide which blasts out from the fire in a direction you choose. Each creature in the line must make a Dexterity saving throw. A creature takes 6d8 fire damage on a failed save and half as much damage on a successful one. All nonmagical fire in the area is extinguished by this spell.

At higher levels

When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 5th level or higher, the damage increases by 1d8 for each slot level above 4th.
